At TURA Living, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted marble products.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused.
• Item must be in original packaging.
• Item must be in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural characteristics of marble, variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Every TURA Living piece is crafted from genuine natural stone. Variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of marble and are not considered defects. These natural differences make each piece unique.

This single paragraph will save you from many customer complaints because no two marble products will ever look exactly like the product photos.
